To maximise multi-colour labelling, we have organized fluorophores into 10 different colour groupings and have designed sets for each group. The edges are steep and the bandwidth is narrow allowing maximisation of both the emission energy and the colour discrimination. These sets are recommended for CGH, SKY and Co-localizarion studies.
